What personal data we collect and why we collect it
There are 3 ways our site may collect contact information:
- If you submit our contact form we will collect your information for response to any inquiry.
- If you submit a supplement we will retain all data related to each individual claim for the duration of the process as well as storing the information in case of future inquiries regarding claim cases.
- If you sign up to download our Free Supplement Photo Guide, we may use your basic contact information to alert you to services or important industry information.
SMS Terms of Service
By providing your mobile phone number to Apex Estimators — through a web form,
a signed agreement, or any other medium — you consent to receive SMS text
messages from Apex Estimators at that number.
Types of messages
Messages may include marketing and promotional messages,
customer care and conversational messages, claim and supplement status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Apex Estimators does not charge for
these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will
send no further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and third parties. No mobile information will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information
sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is
permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third
parties.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to
receive text messages in order to use our services.

Media
When you submit a supplement along with supporting media evidence, we will retain all media related to each individual claim for the duration of the process as well as storing the media in case of future inquiries regarding claim cases. The original creator of any media will retain creative or production rights.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track user behavior. No personal or identifying information is provided for this purpose.
Who we share your data with
While we may need to share your information with parties involved in the claim process, we will never share your data with any third-parties without your knowledge and consent.
How long we retain your data
We keep contact form entries for up to two years and client claim records for up to ten years.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to request an export of your data as well as deletion of any data that does not relate to a supplement.
